P&Co. works closely with each association’s Certified Public Accountant to provide the Accounts Payable/Receivable and General Ledger reports. P&Co. ensures monthly financial reports are easy to understand, accurate and accessible anytime through the Owner &Tenant portal - an online feature for each community’s owners and tenants.

Your account is your home base, with everything you need to keep tabs on your property and association. Partnering with Vinteum, a property management software, your board and owners will have access of your property and units 24/7. After you’ve signed on with P&Co. you’ll receive an email inviting you to log in to your owner account portal, accessible via desktop or android/apple applications. From there, you can access the following info:

We also have in-house service helping to make sure that all maintenance issues are resolved and complete as efficiently and affordably as possible. Service is the most challenging and critical aspect to property and facilities management, requiring 24/7 availability.

Construction Management Consulting Services

 

P&Co. Management’s executive team has had extensive experience in budgeting and coordinating improvements. Our Construction Manager monitors the project, inspects work in progress, follows up on the punch-list, monitors the expenses, reviews permitting and assists in obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy. Our resources include long-standing relationships with quality contractors, space planners, builders, architects, and structural engineers who share our goal of working with the owners to ensure a smooth construction process and scheduled completion.

P&Co. Management has the ability to identify and resolve your construction needs quickly and effectively. We have a large network of competent professionals in all areas of construction and improvement who can meet your needs in a timely manner. As part of our construction program, we provide regular site inspections, present our findings to owners and/or association boards and assist in securing bids if required.
